Two women smiling with arms raised in a lively room with patterned wallpaper and a neon sign that reads 'Let's Mingle'. One woman has long blonde hair, wears a purple dress with black tights, and the other has long dark hair, wears a leather jacket and light jeans.
A group of shirtless men with bow ties and white cuffs, along with a woman in black leather, are being filmed by a man with a camera on a tripod in a studio with purple and blue lighting and smoke effects.

Over the last decade, I’ve developed and produced content across broadcast, streaming, and digital. Whether rebooting iconic formats or helping global talent find their voice onscreen, I bring a sharp editorial eye and a strategic approach to every project.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At Paris Hilton’s media company, I helped expand the brand’s storytelling.

    • Evolved a digital shorts concept into a full-blown theatrical documentary (Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir).

    • Created multiple YouTube formats (one now in production) and a podcast slate tied to Paris’s brand voice.

    • Built pitch decks, treatments, and bespoke concepts for the creator economy.

    • Found clever ways to make brands look cool (not cringey) in shows, by baking them into the format itself.

  • Developed 30+ unscripted projects annually and sold shows to networks and streamers.

    • Sold original series and IP driven formats to ABC, NBC, Hulu, TBS, HBOMax, E! and more.

    • Collaborated with talent like Ciara, Swizz Beatz, Nicole Byer, Howie Mandel, Francesca Farago, and more to craft platform-specific pitches for Netflix, YouTube, and beyond.

    • Cast series and development for character arcs and story, not just vibes, and partnered with casting teams to find people with an authentic pov.

    • Ran sizzle productions: wrote and designed plan, hired teams, executed creative, wrangled talent, and delivered with budgets up to $100K…or shoestring budgets depending on concept!

    • Fun fact: I once saved a shoot from collapsing mid-pandemic by taking talent to watch a UFC fight at a bar. Crisis averted.

  • Helped launch Nashville, Music City, and I Love Kellie Pickler — all of which broke records for the network. Worked across marketing, digital, and PR to make sure the launch hit everywhere.

Viacom was where I grew up in the entertainment industry. Prior to CMT, I worked on the MTV Movie Awards and the VMAs. After you do live production, pretty much everything else is easy.

  • If you’re looking for someone who can conceptualize, sell, cast, write, produce, and package across platforms, I’m your girl. I speak exec, creator, and brand fluently. And I make cool stuff happen on time, on budget, and with a POV.
